This was a nice place in the center of puerto Colombia, the pool and facilities are great. The photos do look a little nicer than in person, as the rooms and facilities are a little old. Overall a great place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff.

If you like walking this place is definitely a must. We stayed at Ayenda and walked to the beach daily as well as to monument where a video of us was taken, that was a lot of fun. Downside, we didnt have running water often and that really affected us and our view of the place. Make sure the price you were promised and the price they charge you is the same. I was told $165 but ended up paying around $240. I should have checked myself so I won't blame the location, just want to make sure people check before. But over all this place was awesome, great breakfast, great staff, and wonderful location.

La habitación q se me asignó primero estaba en condiciones inaceptables para mi, de ruido exterior, instalaciones, cama y sin señal wi-fi. Solicité cambio pues sino tendría q buscar otro lugar. Y el cambio fue aceptable.

El hotel necesita más mantenimiento. Mucho ruido. No tiene elevador (No cómodo para personas con problemas de movilidad). No entregaron las botellas de agua que según la app eran free.

Me decepcionó la habitación triple estándar

El servicio de la recepción fue rápido,la habitación no es lanquenmoatraeon en la reserva ,fea y olía a guardado a viejo ,m dijeron que tenía un teléfono para comunicarnos con la recepción pero no la tenía ,las camas viejas ,el color la pared rayada en general la habitación no fue lo que esperábamos . Por otro lado el resto del hotel fue muy agradable ,pasamos un momento estupendo en el restaurante bar de la piscina y tiene un mirador fantastico.El desayuno muy pobre ,creo que pueden agregarle fruta o jugo ,más variedad ,solo huevo y pan y nos hizo falta la terraza con hamacas que tenían antes ,ese era un bien espacio para descansar . Mejoren la habitación con nuevas camas y pintura y un buen ambientador que se vea agradable y den ganas de quedarse más tiempo .

El aseo del las zonas comunes muy regular. El ruido excesivo por actividades asociadas al consumo de licor en el cuarto piso del hotel y en las habitaciones del tercer piso la noche del sábado y la noche del domingo no permitió el descanso.

Excelentes Vacaciones y Excelente Servicio

Excelente, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y de inmediato cambiaron la habitación! Además de que el vuelo era tarde y nos regalaron un tiempo adicional por la molestia del aire acondicionado. Volvería sin durarlo!
