"The shower had water so hot I had to turn it down. And the water pressure was amazing. This was the best shower I have ever used in Colombia. The bed was comfortable. The gym was tiny but met my needs with a treadmill, elliptical, some dumbells (10kg and less), a couple of light kettlebells, and a good AC unit. Breakfast was really good with a machine to make lattes & cappuccinos. My only complaint was that wasn't a mini fridge to keep our water bottles cool, but the free ice maker in the lobby made up for it. "

"The service is excellent, and the hotel is very, very beautiful. It is a classic hotel; it is not new, but it preserves wonderful details of the city’s colonial architecture, which makes it very special. The attention provided by the front desk staff is exceptional. Thank you to Rosita, Eilín, and Laura, as they offer truly excellent customer service. Likewise, the kitchen and restaurant staff deserve great recognition. I invite everyone to visit this hotel and experience the quality of the service for themselves. It is a small hotel, but very cozy. I highly recommend it."
