These cabins are amazing. Nothing extravagant but Everything you need for a stay in the woods. As the cabins are remote check in, the cabin number and access code are normally text 30 mins before check in. However i was worried as i only had a data SIM card and no US number. I messaged a couple of days before to ask for them to be emailed to me in stead. The communication was excellent. We did have to message again at 4 to get the the details. Only complaint, our room is very noisy.

Fantastic. We have been travelling for the last 10 days and only use the Hilton group as we are diamond members and I have remained loyal to the group. We have found the Hilton hotels to be shabby nothing special and expensive. We decided to change to try this hotel and WOW …. It is fantastic. Excellent hotel,spotless everywhere, staff very friendly and very helpful, will even book tickets for you for example to the Cog Railway at Mount Washington which is fantastic, wrap up warm it was freezing at the top. Breakfast was cereals, muffins, bagels, yohurts, fruit etc., fresh and plentiful. No where to eat out on site but you have kitchen area if you want to cook for yourselves or very good restaurants about 3/4 miles away but we chose to have a take away delivered to the hotel on 2...

Great choice of hotel for a base around lakes region

This was a lovely property with interesting history. The new owner was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was fantastic. Great location for seeing New England in the fall, & easy parking.

Room was great. Staff were lovely. Laundry room is out of order but we were given no prior notice.

Lovely, very high end hotel set in stunning surroundings. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Room was well appointed, comfortable and quiet. Great bed. Food was lovely (best chowder in NE!). Highly recommend this oasis of quality and comfort.

nice clean and good size room and helpful staff,work to refurb some rooms is underway but it had no effect on us although breakfast was a pick up and go service which was not the usual but still a good selection,close to town and lots of restaurants

The setting overlooking the lake was beautiful, everyone working in the Inn was very friendly and helpful and the dogs were great fun too! Lake view rooms are superb. So big and furnished well too. Exceptionally clean and amenities for tea and coffee really good too

Arrived from the UK for a short stay to see friends, very helpful check-in staff, rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, the all inclusive breakfast is a nice added touch and a good way to start the morning. Will return in the future.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, nice breakfast, not very local to shops town centre, but good stop short trip to Boston airport.

Easy check in with friendly and helpful chap on the front desk. Room was as advertised, very clean and well kept. Nicely positioned hotel for a walk into town. Recommended!
