Room was spacious and clean tv and mini bar provided also , unfortunately there was renovations in the pool/hot tub area so unavailable but still a nice place and would choose to stay again 7/10

The hotel is spacious and modern. The breakfast buffet was great. The surrounding area has lots of bars and restaurants and is accessible to the city sites. Definitely recommended!

Excellent customer service. Mum loved the buffet breakfast and all the different options. The way to the lifts was a bit tricky with the hallway and turns in the beginning but sorted out after a few days. The pool was lovely and the spa was just spot on. The room was very comfortable and the room service was always very good and very affordable. 100% recommended

Reasonable price

It was a pretty good service with polite staff. The rooms need a small maintenance renovation with additional connectors, but anyway, the price was reasonable.

I paid a lot for the room, which was approx 250€. A bit of a cold dark room which I had to take multiple elivators to get to. However, i spent most of the day on the pool and this was actually quite nice... Without the pool I would have given a much lower rating

Not a good value for your money.

Badly overpriced. Hostal type property that charges 3-4 star prices. Not a good value for your money. On the positive side: the room was clean, bathroom was modern and comfortable. The breakfast was good but too pricey. On the negative side: The person on the front desk was not friendly or helpful. She gave us some headache with the check in. Also she didn't show us to our room, which was pretty hard to find since it was located in the different building. Room was very small, weirdly shaped and uncomfortable.

Sunotel junior was great option for the price. Lots of restaurants and fast food options very close to the hotel. The subway is about a block away. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. Only issues I had were that there are 2 hotels connected. One is more luxurious and the other is price friendly. The price friendly entrance is either under construction or is just closed permanently. Every time we wanted to go in or out of the hotel, we had to go through a route that involved 2 separate elevators and a long, curvy hallway in between. This was kind of a hassle but doable. Another thing that I wasn’t too happy about was that there was AC and heater available with a small monitor to allow for adjustments. Turns out, we could not control it because it was centralized for the entire floor. If we wanted to make it warmer or colder, we would have to call the front desk to notify maintenance to adjust the temperature. This would have to be done during certain hours as well. Whenever we wouldn’t call to adjust the temperature, we would open the windows to let the cool air in but would encounter either other occupants, smoking or random pedestrian, smoking outside the window. This was during the day and at night at this no smoking hotel. Other than this, the experience was very pleasant, and I would most likely stay at the junior hotel, if I’m looking to save some money. Next time I’d probably stay at the main hotel.

The room was confortable, nice bed and shower. There is a big corridor to connect both hotels, so where I was there was no reception. A friend arrived and was informed they couldnt call me at the room, so I felt a little bit isolated. Breakfast was nice, staff friendly and good location. Had no problem to call Ubers even the road in front has no parking space.

The place design is so hectic. The hotel is connected by the main hotel through an underground hallway. Also it’s true that the A/C doesn’t work. Plus the bathroom was sooo dark. The tiny light barely would lit the mirror. Even for a short stay it was uncomfortable.

Great area and smiling staff - which both really impact positively the experience. However, the cleanliness of the room is clearly an arra they must do better. Also, i specifically asked far from elevator, ive got the room im front of it... like they were no other room ... On top of it the TV was broken. For a one night business trip it was not horrible but I would not recommend for anyone that has a minimum of comfort.

Malheureusement la chambre était située juste à coté de l'ascenseur. La porte de la chambre ne coupait pas du tout du bruit, donc à chaque utilisation de l'ascenseur c'était beaucoup de bruit dans la chambre. Vraiment pas agréable.

Mauvaise insonorisation.

Avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel sur Barcelone, bien situées par rapport aux lignes de métro, quelques minutes à pied de la ligne Bleue L5. Par contre mauvaise insonorisation, dès que l’ascenseur fonctionne, ça résonne dans tout l’étage et tout l’immeuble. Et nous étions au dernier étage et au plus loin de l’ascenseur.! Parking accessible pour quelques voitures, nous avons eu de la chance, il y avait une place pour nous. N’avons pas pris les petits déjeuners. Belle petite piscine sur le toit avec vue agréable.
