W're very sorry about the incident with the carpet and hardly apologize for the inconviniences caused, but our houskeeping team revises the apartments after every check out and before every single entrance and the stain was not detected so that made us think that was done during your stay, reason why we have proceeded to charge you part of the deposit in order to garantee the good conditions of furniture and to keep it as clean as you said. By our part, we will check more thoroughly to avoid future misunderstandings. We will check Wi-Fi services aswell as we would like to grantee a better conntection for our customers.
