Comfort for all our guests, big and small, is top of our list, so it's disappointing we missed the mark for you. As for the missing rubbish bin and other accessories; all our bathrooms should be equipped with bins, and our room amenities are carefully checked. If there's ever a hiccup, our 24h front desk team is ready to jump into action to sort it out. The odour smell you mentioned is definitely not the norm around here. If something like this sneaks up again, we're here to make it right. Además, en el lobby tenemos un rincón de bienvenida con agua, infusiones y café gratuito durante todo el día. En cuanto al aire acondicionado, nuestras habitaciones cuentan con climatización, pero entendemos que las preferencias de temperatura pueden variar.
