We would like to make a recommendation that there should be coffee packets/condiments in the whole stay and enough laundry soap and dishwashing soap for a group of 5 provided to customers even for the first couple of days of stay. When i booked the stay i remembered it stated coffee and coffee maker. All other places we stayed in the past all these above mentioned items were provided by owners in our whole stay. Thank you!

The accommodation was lovely. Just a couple of points though- getting the door locks was difficult at first as we’ve never used a system like that. the apartment in areas was tired, cracks in the floors, loose floorboards, sockets coming off the wall and a broken lamp. We felt we needed to take photos as we didn’t want to be accused of doing it. Maybe things like that should be fixed before someone else checks in? But overall we loved it thank you

Perfect location

Nice and large apartment, kids could get their own room. Sant Antonio is the perfect neighbourhood. You have a bakery across the street, a grocery next door and the market with delicatessen right across the street. A lot of nice restaurants 4.5+ stars and friendly atmosphere. Metro one block away. You feel safe and welcome. The apartment has a balcony and double showers and toilets! Good value for money. Only bad thing was that we had booked another apartment through hotels.com a month earlier and got it confirmed, but when I called to ask for earlier check in they discovered a double booked apartment and cancelled our room with no compensation that I know of! I am so happy we found this gem instead.

I wanted to love this place. I really did. The beds are super comfy. Could have used an additional pillow on each bed but that’s just me. The electronic key didn’t work for me. After much difficulty in NOT being able to get in late at night they helped us get in. Worse- the second of two days we were there the water was cut off due to repairs and the elevator didn’t work. The apartment was in theb5thbfloor but it was actually the equivalent of the 8th floor.
