There is no access to the property before 3 pm & you have to call a number on the front gate to obtain access to...

"Stunning brand new boutique hotel, very attentive service - staff can't do enough for you. Rooms are exquisite with really high end furnishings and decor. The large chandelier in the bar is a piece de resistance! You can also try sensibly priced cognacs from the extensive bar list. The cocktails are great too! Cognac is a lovely town to visit but would recommend eating in one if the hotels restaurants. "
