Nice clean room. Very good view from our room, but not all rooms were the same. Better than a continental breakfast. But no lunch or dinner without prior reservation, go out instead. Very small parking lot, so you could get trapped, but it's safe.

Not the best

We were put on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. That was a little inconvenient, but they did help carry our bags up, and they offered to move us in the next couple of days, but we didn't want to have to pack everything up again. We had a great view of the city, mountains, and waterfall. Unfortunately, we stayed three nights and they somehow managed to never clean our room or provide clean towels. We also had an ant infestation in one corner of our room. The first TV remote we were given was dead and when we exchanged it, they just put it back in the pile to hand to the next person. The breakfast was not good, and I didn't ever eat any of it because I didn't like the options. My husband ate some and we decided just to go down the road for breakfast after that.

Very clean, very close, very quiet

Very clean room. 2 person Jacuzzi tub in the room! Staff did an amazing job cleaning. Great location - quiet street very close to everything that you need/want. Easy 5 min walk to most things. 10 min walk to thermal pools.

There was a trouble with our reservation, and the first night we had a room with only one bed instead of 3, we had a room with 3 beds for the balance of the trip. It was a little frustrating since we arrived late and really needed to sleep. But at least we had a room. Rooms are clean and Hotel is well located. Easy to walk to restaurants, thermal pool, market, etc from the Hotel.

Charming hotel with a lovely breakfast

Although we were a bit concerned when we checked in and the hotel had apparently not received our reservation through hoteles.com, the staff were very helpful in finding us rooms to our liking and getting us settled. The secure parking eased our mind as to the security of our vehicle. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast lovely. A bit more proactive staff would be appreciated, as we had laundry sent out and no one bothered to let us know when it was returned, although we were waiting for it. The location is good - easy walking distance to the central attractions and restaurants, while far enough off the noisy streets.

The place is overall nice and I would stay again. Pros: close enough to city center for short walk but not loud. Cons: some of front desk staff did not know how to check us in or out. They need training. We try to be eco-conscious by hanging out towels on hangers to dry in room. Staff always took towels and the soap bar; so we had to get new ones daily. Otherwise, nice, clean, cozy place
