"The front desk is very helpful"

"1年ぶり2度目の利用。スタッフ、オーナー、みなさんのホスピタリティに感謝。 とってもオススメです。 歩いていけるスーパー、レストラン、屋台も充実。 ホテルの毎回寝落ちしてしまうリーズナブルなマッサージもお気に入りです。"

"For 2 days stay tv is not working we ask the staff for it nobody come to fix it."

"The staff are very helpful friendly, and the place is awesome"

"Everything is good room and all the amenities is good apart from the breakfast not much option and variety to choice it’s all they same food all the time, very cold the food as well, for the charge about the breakfast is not worth it spend it.And the wifi is very slow on and off as well. The hotel is in a great location, central to a lot of things as far as malls and markets go. And the surrounding area is well maintained and clean. The staff are nice and friendly"

"3 persons included a little boy my room very clean, staff always smiling and room air conditioning was cold. i will give you 5 stars out 5 awesome!!"

"Nice place."

"Great experience. Really enjoyed the mall attached as well."

"Wonderful staff"

"There were no hand towel in the bathroom. I tried to ask for it from the front desk but they refused. The bath towels looked dirty with big brown stains on them. The foot towel looked more dirty. Not sure because of it's color or poorly washed. The lights in the room and bathroom were too dim. All the rest were good."

"Hotel is nice - but make sure selecting the room as some room type got no windows"

"Large room and have all facilities that you need except a refrigerator."
