Dora at the front desk during check in was so kind to help us find my husband’s missing passport that fell out of his pocket in car transfer from airport. We were V level and the service at breakfast was impeccable!!! Everyone was so kind!! They knew it was our 25th anniversary and surprised us with heart petals and champagne!!! Bubbly hour was always so nice!! We really enjoyed lunch after the beach at restaurant and swimming...

Muy bueno y muchísimo surtido de todo. Vimos un anuncio en el Hotel de unos nachos que se veían exquisitos, los buscamos en todos los restaurantes y ninguno los tenía disponibles para servirlos. "We stayed from May 28 - June 1, 2026. Starting at reception we were greeted with smiles. The front end staff were very helpful and welcoming. Reception showed us around. I love the signature scent uon walking into the lobby. The elevator is a little bit confusing, we figured it out eventually. We were upgraded to a higher floor and bigger bed. The room was clean, good size, beautiful views of the water. Great amenities, we paid for sea view includes robe, slippers, bulgari toiletries. A/C worked...

"The hotel is located in a small almost deserted village 15 mins away from Dubrovnik. There is nothing there except the hotel and one small mini-mart. You can take a bus to town. The room was spacious and nice. The walls are thin so you can hear people in the next room. The breakfast was very basic. One staff member was rude but the other was very nice. We stayed out exploring as long as we could. I would say this is a basic hotel, nothing fancy, isolated, but within 15 min bus ride to Dubrovnik."

"Much improved… visited 2022 and was disappointed with the club breakfast, poor food and beverage options there and slightly tired space. This has been revamped and is now worthy of a 5* hotel. Breakfast choices excellent this time in the club, improved quality and options! Proper, fresh orange juice not diluted. The rooms are the same and very clean but starting to feel a little tired so could do with a refresh. Staff friendly and pleasant but communication surrounding pool closures is poor....
