The rooms are large, although a little dated. The A/C worked well and the room was made up daily. The location is very convenient to the BTS Skytrain and to many local places to eat and shop.

I have stayed at this property multiple times. It is a good value. While it might be time for a little refresh on the furnishings, the staff is always there and ready to help. It is so close to the BTS station and there are many options for food within a 2 minutes walk.

The hotel is clean, no carpet which I like, can walk to the BTS Train on both sides, near shopping and restaurants. The hotel is quite old, the bed moves when you sit down or move, the shower room only has hot and cold water, you can't adjust it to warm, the bathroom has only a sink, no counter to put things, only one towel for each person, no face or hand towel, only one pillow for each person and the pillow is very soft, but we asked for more pillows and they gave it to us and no microwave.

Don't judge a book by its cover

A very good value 4-night stay. Room was somewhat sparten and tired but very functional. Bed was comfortable. Wi-fi was excellent throughout the building. Pool also was good only lacking in "dressing" of the area. Breakfast was plentiful with good selection which did not change daily. For the price (~A$65 per night) and great service I rate it as an excellent option in Playa Thai, being only 550m from the ATS station.

I am not happy with my recent stay at this hotel. I have stayed here many times whenever I am visiting Bangkok, and my family the same. But after this trip I will never return. From 3rd to 8th November, I stayed alone on the 10th floor. The room was spacious, clean, and worth the £30 per night – no complaints at all. However, for my booking from 11th to 15th November, things went downhill. I booked a triple room, but instead of a proper setup, they simply shoved a horrible single bed next to the main bed. The room was on the 5th floor, which is in much worse condition compared to the 10th floor, and they charged me c£50 per night for this downgrade. When I raised the issue, the customer service staff told me there were no other rooms available. Yet, when I checked online, I could see rooms still listed for booking. This means the staff were not only rude but also dishonest. The bed itself was awful – hard, with springs poking through, making it impossible to sleep. I even offered to pay the difference to switch to two separate rooms instead of the triple, but the staff rudely refused, saying they could not cancel the current booking. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had at this hotel. Poor customer service, uncomfortable rooms, and misleading practices. I will never stay here again.

Nice place. Close to Victory Monument stop. Couldn’t really figure out Bangkok in my few days, and whether or not that was a good or inconvenient place to stay. Whole town seems inconvenient.

I’m disappointed that sound from my computer videos could be heard and disturb the guest next door to me. I would consider adding soundproofing between the adjoining doors.

The staff was always available and attentive. It seemed like there was additional staff performing repairs on the property. I asked about using the laundry (self service laundry) and was directed to talk with the staff nearby. The attendant was prepared to replace some coins for cash but everything worked out in theend. I tried the buffet breakfast and it was okay.

From the website, the hotel looks amazing. That being said, it isn't what it may have once been. When we arrived, I did not find reception to be very helpful at all. They were not willing to work with me to make a few needed changes. In my room, a tissue had been stuffed into the peephole for the door. I guess it was broken and they did not see the need to repair it. The shower head in my bathroom had mold clearly growing on it and it made me fearful of even showering in the bathroom. The breakfast is very limited and is the same every day. I ws there with students for an academic competition at the King power Center. There were other schools staying there as well and the other chaperones were not keeping an eye on their students. There was a couple of rooms of boys at the end of the hallway and they were constantly in the hallway making noise and unsupervised. I would not choose to stay here again.
