写真と違う

1泊致しました。事前の口コミを読んでいなかったせいで入口が非常に分かりずらい。まさかあのごちゃついた狭い市場の中にあるとは。一方通行でない凄い喧騒のsoi19に入りファーストホテルの右手から狭い市場に突入、15mほど進むと右上に小さい看板がありますのでそこを右に行くとエレベーターがありますので2Fがフロントです。洋服やがいつも邪魔でした。狭いので。看板を見落とすと迷路になりしばらく市場から出られません。他は全て普通です。食事にも困りません。soi15にはマッサージ店が集中してます。BTSやARLの駅まではかなり遠いです。衣服の買い付けや、タクシー移動をメインとするならば良い立地でしょう。

The location is great! Though right in the middle of Pratunam market, it is a quiet and comfortable guest house and provides all the necessary amenities for a basic passenger for my family and I. The staff is friendly and approachable. Definitely worth the price! The rooms are not totally sound proof, so it may be better for light sleepers to prepare earbuds.

Good location but poor room condition

Good location for shopping, in the alley of patunum market but not really comfortable to stay, condition of the room not good. but after all still clean. WiFi need to request from counter staff daily. Hot water dispenser only at reception counter not convenient.

Good for the price

It's a basic room and you will get what you pay for. The location is good for people that are shopping in Pratunam market since it is inside of the market. A little confused to find the location. The check-in was weird since the receptionist seems that was not happy to be there and asked me strange questions like "Why you check in so late?" and made faces when I said I'm living in Thailand "Ah... you are too familiar with Thailand hum?".... I didn't understand if it was a question or a sarcasm since everyone knows about Thailand time; however overall a good stay.

Prepaid on Ebookers but was asked to pay again 800baht to check in, as my booking was not found. I was told the hotel “does not work with Ebookers”. Has been a week since I contacted customer service but no reply since then.

立地最高

立地はプラチナムモールから歩いて３分と最高でしたが、ホテルの場所がすごく分かりづらく、Googleマップを頼ってもウロウロ探してしまいました！ ホテルは商店街のようなアーケードビルの中 First hotelが角あるので、そこに入っていくと2本目の右にいける筋の上に看板があります 右にまがるとエレベーターと階段がありホテルリセプションは2階です。 フロントとはうってかわって、部屋自体は綺麗で冷蔵庫もTVもバスタオルもバスアメニティーもあります。 コスパもいいし問題なしで泊まれるホテルでした。

Great location! Surrounded by food and shops, nearby to BTS and can access to popular places easily. Shops at Pratunam open early and the morning food street downstairs sell very localise and yummy food. Wifi is strong and they clean the room daily. Although the thin door can't block the sound at the corridor, people don't make much noise at night, so that's fine.

Good location, good staff but not clean

Although this guest house was in a good location, close to shopping and restaurants, it was not clean. Only one word will say it all. Little cockroaches everywhere. It wasn't until our last night it got worst. They were in our bed! Our bathroom shower got broken. When we arrive the toilet was dirty. The room looked ugly but it wasn't something we cared. We were mostly out. In general I will not stay again just because our temporary roommates.
