Renholdet var ikke noe å si på. I flere etasjer var det en ubehagelig lukt pga gammelt teppe i korridorene. Derfor var jeg glad for å få byttet til etasje òg rom,som jeg kunne leve med. Frokosten var ok.

受付の接客が最悪

ホテルに着くとこの予約では宿泊できないと言われカードで支払い済みなのに再度支払いを要求してきました。 こちらに現地ガイドがいたので交渉してもらい宿泊できましたがガイドもここの受付は態度が悪いとのことでした。 子供が１２０cm以上あると１００バーツ追加料金払えとネットには書かれてないことも要求されました。 後でなぜか１００バーツの支払いはしなくてもいいことになってました。 現地のガイドがいなければ二重払いさせられるところでした。 とても不快でした

주변환경이 좋지 않앗고여 직원들의 친절함이나 호텔에서도 대접 받는다는 느낌을 전혀 못받았습니다. 한국의 싸구려 모텔정도 예상하시고 싸게 하루떄운다는 느낌으로 가면되겟네요

Hatten ein "Delux" Zimmer, welches sich im neueren, angebauten Hotelteil befand. Hotel wird von indischen und afrikanischen Gästen in der Lobby belagert. Diese kaufen im Umfang im nahen Patunam-Billig-Markt ein um diese in ihre Heimat zu bringen. Die gelagerten Koffer und Boxen der Waren stehen überall rum. Wer darüber hinwegsehen kann, findet dafürein günstiges Zimmer welches nicht sehr weit von Centralworld entfernt liegt und zu Fuss zu erreichen ist. Das Essen (Zimmerservice) war gut. Ein 7-11 ist gleich um die Ecke.

Extremely unpleasant stay

Bad experience staying in the hotel. Thought this hotel offers 24h check-in hence I book the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel around 2plus am (late flight), the staff insist that I can only check in at 12pm.Being left with no choice since I was misled by the information on the internet and no other hotels available, my family and I stayed at the lobby for about 3 hours (getting biten by lots of mosquitoes ) before the staff decide to give us a standard room for us to rest and telling us that we will only get 1 deluxue room in the noon. During the 3hours at the lobby,the staff even show us attitude.Despite me insisting that I had book 2 deluxe rooms, the staff keep telling us the hotel is full. Thus the whole family of 5 was squeezed inside a standard room with no alternative. The bath tub in the deluxue room that was given to us later on had a disgusting red stain that nobody dare to use and one of the table lamp was spoilt. The light was quite dim in the room. And I don't like the idea of a fan blowing inside the toilet. Imagine one standing underneath without any clothes.... The food there was not very nice too. Though the breakfast buffet is until 10am,there was not much food left when we went down around 8.30... The wi fi was not very good too. To sum up, it was not a good experience for me. Would not be going back to the hotel again.

Hotel OK in Bangkok

Not really what we got in Thailand for the same price. The breakfast was not for European Foreigners but more for Asian Too salty. We had some problem with the room, it was smelling really bad. they offer us to change room. The area is not too bad is really close from all the shopping. I will still not recommended this hotel.

convenient for low budget business person

The room was small..Reception cannot be seen with all the cargo boxes that filled the space. My flight was delayed and even if I had prepaid my room they cancelled my reservation and I had to wait a whole day to get another room. not a place I will go back to at any time
