The absolute highlight of this hotel is the service from the staff. Friendly, above and beyond with regards to meals, cleaning, concierge, gym/pool! Yes the rooms are nice and good size and very clean but it is definitely the people that make it great. Also- it is a great value and in a great location.

Housekeeping was very thorough, everyone very helpful. The spa was really impressive with such a large sauna and onsen. The den, a large cowork space was very pleasant to use to get some work done. Very good stay, thank you.

I often choose this hotel when visiting Bangkok. It’s close to everything but a bit quieter than other parts of Sukhumvit and the quality of the rooms is excellent. The western options at the breakfast buffet could be better but the facilities are great and the golf simulator is an added bonus if you play.

The hotel facilities were excellent as was the breakfast. It was clean and efficiently run. Our room had a nice sized kitchen with stove top , microwave, full size fridge.There was a small living room with tv and streaming such as youtube. The bed was comfy and the bathroom had a good size shower and a bidet toilet. The re was a lovely pool on level 9 which was very nice especially in the early evening it closed at 8pm though. Elevators were fast and convenient as we were located on 16th floor . It was a 12 minute walk to the SRT, the elevated transportation system that was easy to use and connected to the MRT subway system. We managed to see all the sites we wanted to by using the SRT and MRT..

Pleasant stay in a great hotel

Fairly new hotel with tasteful furnishing and design not only of the common areas and reception but the rooms as well. Rooms fully equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities. Could be a bit more spacious though. Excellent service by the staff who accommodated special check-in requirements due to a cancelled flight.
