Worst Hotel In Bangkok never again

Hotel didn't arrive at agreed 10pm check in but demand i return next day at 1pm in the middle of my paid tour. Hotel threaten to go in my room when I told them not to. Hotel cost me a lost $200 tour and a complete waste to my 36 hours in Bangkok. Worst hotel I've stayed at in my life only because of the poor service. Also the rooms have no windows and have loud aircon unit inside that is impossible to sleep with.
