River view room outlook 10/10 Small balcony was all that was needed to make you feel you were on the Chao phraya river.

Very clean inside and out. Staffs are nice and helpful. Still in the process of remodel. The only thing was bad is our room was in 4th floor but the elevator only come up to 3rd. have to walk the rest upstairs.

Clean and great location but outdated

We only stayed during one night since the propose was to visit the palaces just on the other side of the river. The reception staff is nice and helpful. The apartment is clean and suited our needs. Is a little bit old but nevertheless it was clean and comfortable. The area where the hotel is located can be a shock for everyone visiting Bangkok for the first time but the location is just perfect to visit the palaces at the other side of the river. The transfer arranged by the hotel worked pretty well. Regarding the hotel itself, there should be blackouts at the windows (expect to wake up at the first sun-rays) and the baby cot provided lacked a proper mattress but was OK for our baby to sleep. Also you will hear the AC equipment at the outside since the external walls are really thin. There is no lift but the staff will help you. For accessing the hotel the cars have to drop you some 100 meters away. Expect to see rats and cockroaches in the access road especially at night.

Very good location for local color. On the canals so convenient to all tourist attractions by short ferry ride. Ferry is only 10 cents!! Very nice people running the hotel!

A/C not working in main room so stayed in bedroom the whole time because A/C worked in that room. English skills lacking with hotel staff. If you can't speak Thai look at other hotel to stay.

Could do a lot better

Arrived at approximately 4:30pm to an unwelcoming reception area where it took me speaking to 2 different people to be finally pointed in the right direction of the lady with the correct paperwork. We were to catch the 7:45am train from the nearby Thonburi station the next morning, the only reason for choosing this hotel was the location near to the station. I was asked what time I would check out. When explaining I would check out at around 7:20am the following morning, no further discussion was given. One hour later it became apparent that the Air Conditioning was not working correctly, but the reception staff had left, leaving only the night security guard, who spoke little to no English. This lead to a very uncomfortable night. Additionally, the wi-fi was accessed via an overly complex double password system that dropped connection if unused for a certain amount of time. On checkout in the morning, no office staff were available to discuss my concerns with.

仕事で利用。滞在は快適でした。

仕事の現場に近いので宿泊。長期宿泊者で自炊する方には便利なキッチン付き。部屋も広く、眺望もなかなか良かった。若干、古いなっているが、掃除などは行き届いていると思います。シャワーの勢いがなかったのは、頑張ってほしい。2500バーツのデポジットは何とかしてほしい。良くも悪くも個人経営な感じで、好みは分かれるかな？18時過ぎると門番だけになるのは、ちょっと困りました。(電話して、駆けつけてもらいましたが。）

My stay at PSB1

The hotel, with the exception of road access was all that we might have wished for. Parking is, however, available some 200m away. Our child was in Siriraj hospital for a week and this hotel was perfectly situated for frequent visits. The rooms were clean and functional and though the building is older it shows signs that continual maintenance is undertaken. Family Mart, 7-11 and many food outlets all around, some with exceptionally good Thai food. I would happily book again.

강가 로컬의 삶을 체험하고 싶다면

저는 입구를 못 찾아서 상당히 헤맸습니다. 하필 여행기간에 왕랑역은 운항을 안 해서 타창에서 걸어와야 했거든요. 문제는 숙소건물을 분명 배안에선 봤는데 아무리 걸어도 건물을 못 찾겠더라는 거... 알고보니깐 PSB1으로 들어가는 입구가 왕랑시장 안에 있더라구요... 왕랑역에서 시장가는 길로 들어가서 일직선으로 쭉 가면 왼쪽에 PSB1이라는 안내문구가 보입니다. 그리로 가면 되구요. 한가지 예약하실 때 주의하실 점이, 사진에서 보이는 외관이 상당히 멋있지만 강가 전망을 보려면 기본 옵션이 아니라 좀더 상위 옵션을 선택해야 합니다. 기본 옵션으론 시장 뒷골목 담벼락만 보이거든요. 그리고 기본적으로 오븐에 전자렌지, 싱크대 위에 후라이펜에 식기들까지 풀세트로 있어요. 시장이 바로 앞에 있으니깐 간단히 장 봐서 해먹거나 하기에 좋습니다. 시장 들어가는 입구에 편의점도 있구요. 낮에 왕궁이나 근처 사찰 구경하고 저녁에 카오산로드에서 한잔하고 건너 오거나, 왕랑시장 근처에서 로컬들 사는 모습 구경하기엔 딱입니다.
