Loved the pool and fitness center. Free shuttle to Ram 9 is a bonus. Room was clean with plenty of space but very basic. Shower was terrible. Balcony was nice for views of downtown, sunsets and to dry clothes. Location is not convenient. Difficult for Bolt or Grab to get to you. Will be slightly more expensive to get to hotel. Overall good stay.

It’s close to the shopping mall and the MRT, Rama9 with a shuttle bus running every hour. Nice and friendly lobby service and room cleaning service. However, there were a few inconveniences: - Many Chinese tourists were smoking and noisy. - There was no soundproofing between the rooms.

Very great location although a bit off the beaten track in terms of main road. Staff were up to standard and housekeeping were very efficient and timely. Close proximity to nearby coffee shops and 7/11, very useful. Didn’t use the gym but pool was clean and almost always empty. My main complaint is that on checkout they were very hesitant to return the 1000B deposit and ended up keeping 100B for a damp towel left in the room which I apparently needed to pay for laundry for. They tried to pick anything off at the end of the stay to keep the deposit and this actually ruined the overall stay for me, this hotel was otherwise pretty good.

Amazing staff who are very kind. They make you feel at home. Area is not commercial and rather real regular people of Bangkok live. So you really get to see how people live and it’s great to be in the area. Rooms are much larger that most hotels and short-term rentals for the same price.
