Is an okay hotel, close to restaurant, easy access to taxis and shops. They's a rooftop bar and on the weekends when i was there, it was noisy and smoking, I think from pple smoking at the rooftop bar

The staff barely speaks English and is a little rude. The room was very good I stayed 2 nights both rooms didn't have hot water luke warm at best.
