We loved the charm of the property, it has a lot of character and is close to the river to do sight seeing on the tour boats and express boats. The Thai breakfast at Focal local was amazing every day and the staff were super helpful and kind. Thank you so much, we loved our stay here.

Fabulous stay as always , it’s our 7 th time at the Chatrium. Beautiful room - 1 bedroomed suite with fantastic river views. Breakfast is first class. Service brilliant. Wonderful staff. Friendly, attentive and helpful.

Good clean room well maintained and lovely friendly staff Pretty quiet by Bangkok standards! Bed a little hard for my liking but room good and great shower.

Great location. Clean room although did smell a bit musty near kitchen area, however after opening the door for a few hours it went and didn’t return. Great spacious two bedroom apartment- ideal for a family of four. Helpful, friendly staff. Good security as needed room key to enter lift/stair area.

Myself and partner stayed here for one night before returning home. We could not have chosen better - excellent service with very friendly, genuine staff only too willing to help. Lovely room, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated with a good breakfast - no buffet, you choose from 3 options. Simple but effectively run. Definitely be returning. Thank you!

Very conveniently located near BTS Wongwianyai station. A short walk off the main road means a quiet place to stay. There is 7/11 nearby.

Stayed here many times and it is always a pleasure to return here. The staff are polite and friendly. Varied breakfast menu buffet style. Good sized bed and strong showers. The pool is kept clean and tidy and with the bonus of a poolside bar. Great view over the river.

Lovely hotel, super attentive and helpful staff who cant do enough. Rooms were great, pools clean and food delicious. The private boat service is a great service. Lots of nice touches. Really well place for visiting the city. Couldn’t fault them

Perfect place to stay in Bangkok if you want to discover the authentic part of the city. Good price for quality. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed. Hot water. Many thanks to the night receptionist who helped us with the taxi in the middle of the night, very kind and friendly. Recommended

Wonderful stay at Klean Residence Hotel. The staff were courteous and very helpful. Our room was small but clean and comfortable with all the essential facilities. Fantastic location a short walk from the BTS, hawker stalls and amenities. I would recommend staying here.

Great hotel in a good location. The room was an excellent size with a great sized bathroom. Comfortable bed and plenty of charge points all around the room! Excellent service from all staff who were friendly and attentive at all times!

As is customary with the Carlton, my experience was first class throughout; check in to checking out. As a seasoned traveller I have never returned so many times to a particular hotel but it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Bangkok despite the many options available. Great credit the GM and his team.
