"Everything about the accommodation was great, 9/10. The only thing we find that could use some improvement is the top blanket material, it was rough, but the bedding that skin touches are soft so it wasn't all bad - just wish that the entire bed is all soft and cozy. One recommendation and this could just be us, the room was very dry, we had the Jacuzzi on-suite and used that everyday, but I don't think the humidity was enough, because both of us still wake up in the morning with a dry throat....

"Good location. Day tours can pick you up right out front, and you get a bus pass to use that gets you downtown or to the skylift for each day you stay. Didn’t eat there, but did have drinks at the bar, good to unwind with your traveler partner, but it’s small and not a “destination” bar like some downtown. Staff was great and helpful, room was really nice. I would stay there again in a heartbeat"

"Extra charges on check in were not appreciated. We were given no choice and as the hotel was not inexpensive we felt additional charges were out of line . Also thought the restaurant was substandard for the property. Felt like a budget hotel."
