"This is our second stay straddling a ski trip and I had a very positive experience. Firstly, due to my own mistake I booked Thursday instead of Wednesday, but the front desk staff (sorry I didn't catch the name, she would have been there Wednesday April 29th around 9pm) was very accommodating in finding me a last minute room, and also helped find a room that better suits my sleeping difficulties (further from frequent traffic). I'm very grateful and had a great stay. The room was nicely cleaned...

"The room and hotel are basic and are a good economical choice for Banff. In room ameneties include coffee, fridge, shampoo, and body wash. The mattress is older, but other than that, the room was comfortable. It said parking was included, but there was no parking available when we arrived. We were told to park in a public parkade. However, you need to move your vehicle every nine hours. The location is the best!"

"We had no idea of all the renovations, and just wanted to come here and unwind. We asked a staff member (housekeeper) where the pool was and she said it was closed, it was not. The pool area was fantastic, glad we asked the front desk. The restaurant did not have the same menu as before and there was only a pricey buffet. The food was delicious, but paid too much.
