"The service was exceptional. Every single staff member was always happy to help. The room service was also great. The property was clean and looks great in the lobby area but the room I was staying in was not in excellent condition. The tub, the wall and the plumbing fixtures look old and cracked and they need updating. They function fine but I think the room could get some updates."

The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve also ever encountered. The pool area, sauna and skyline access is also so beautiful. You feel in another world, while tucked in the city madness."

The rooms were clean and the general facilities of the hotel are all well maintained. I enjoy my stay, the hotel is close to a shopping centre and on a big strip of restaurants and bars."
