"Overall we liked our stay. A bit more information about the area and possible excursions would be a nice improvement, for example the Ice Domes are very near. The room was nice and clean, but the sink in the bathroom was the tiniest I have ever seen. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The restaurant is definitly worth a visit with decent prices. A small pool, sauna or something like that, would be amazing to have a nice evening activity after a cold day. There is not much to do around...

"Got a pretty great room that was bigger (Family room) and all the amenities were nice. We missed a view of the town, mountains and water- we could only see the interior of hotel. Next time I will definitely ask for a sliver of a view and pay for it. We just were not aware of the layout of this hotel. Breakfast was fantastic and the front desk employees very nice and helpful. Thank you!"

"Unfortunately the Hotel failed to advise us of a hotel worker strike that had been going on for several weeks. This hotel actually was closed, and we didn’t find out until we showed up at the front door. Very disappointed that the hotel did not advise of the closure. They moved us to a sister hotel, which was an acceptable alternative."
