Despite this, our employee, instead of calling the police, got up during their free time and allowed you to check in, which was a big favor for you. Therefore, I am surprised that instead of saying thank you and apologizing for waking up other guests in the middle of the night, you wrote that the employee did not take care of you for the rest of the evening. I have kept the CCTV footage of your arrival because, despite understanding the atmosphere of the Envision festival from which you came, we have never had a similar situation before.
