great location close to dining & lake- fabulous furniture & kitchen facilities! Stairs not too steep. warm in bedrooms (no air-con)aircon was living area only needed at least a fan in bedrooms. short on supplies - no soap in main bathroom - no spare toilet roll in ensuite- we did a dash to nearby IGA which had all you could wish for.

The property was not clean, bathroom had mould shower and toilet. Bedroom a layer of dust under the bed, couch under the cushions dirt, paper broken toy. Dust under the couches, no dryer and no washing powder. The property is warm, beds are comfortable, great location. We have stayed previously which is the reason we re booked, this was not a concern at that time

This is the review on my last stay at 18 Grove street Lake Wendouree. When entering the premises I noticed a strong musty smell. The carpet needs to be changed. The house was clean with a few exceptions. The balcony was not clean. Very bad shape. Banister was not fully attached to the steps. Steps on the banister had concrete pieces missing. Along with mildew growing on the window. shower dad mildew growing.. Windows in the kitchen had pieces of paint missing. Bathroom had mildew growing on the door. Bathroom sink was so small unable to properly. Kitchen had no paper Towles No coffee pot or strainer. Washing machine had no pods to use. INTERNET went down when attempting to usit.

This property is close to a beautiful lake side walk - so location is perfect. The are some Great Lakeside eating places. The bedrooms are spacious, spacious living and dining room and well equipped kitchen.

Apartment was spacious, quiet and close to the Lake Wendouree. Very handy having two bathrooms. Parking was a bit tight. Plants need a good prunning.

Very happy.

We stayed for 2 nights and very happy. The apartment was nice clean and fresh. Modern bathroom. Having the washing machine was a blessing also. Service and comminication was very good. The only complaint is that the parking could be clearly marked for each apartment. This would ensure a parking spot for every customer. The heating was left on so the apartment was nice and warm. Electric blankets were also supplied. Location was also general to shops and attractions. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We loved how close to the lake it was for our boys as they were attending a 3 day rowing camp and could ride their bikes to boat shed. We also loved how spacious and homely the apartment felt - the kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine was well used We will definitely be booking again thank you

Good sized apartment with 2 separate bedrooms. Ours had regular electric heater, not the gas fireplace we expected. Also had navy velvet carpet that showed every crumb or hair, but no vacuum to clean it. Great location, just up from Lake Wendouree. Heated towel rail and heat lamps in bathroom were nice bonuses.

The layout of apartment was excellent, facilities within apartment was great (full kitchen, FOXTEL) etc. Even though the Manager sent someone clean right away, we were not satisfied with the level of cleanliness and upkeep. Cobwebs and ants everywhere, under bed wasn’t cleaned and there were spiders in bed.

The location of this stunning property was perfect - close to everything the lake, fabulous pub and IGA just around the corner. The property was spacious and the bedrooms were really big with super comfy beds fabulous cooking facilities and beautiful views. It provided us with everything we needed to have the perfect stay in Ballarat.

House would be great in summer but really hard to keep wam in winter. Coolness coming up through floor. House seemed clean apart from bathroom- places that hadn't been swept or mopped and the washing machine was gross.

Very comfortable and spacious. Ground floor apartment ideal for 2 of our family with Walking Frames. Bathroom very good. Being a coffee drinker I would like a plunger coffee maker available. Would recommend the complex to others.
