Amazing staff are a treat at the hotel. My apologies for the spelling, but Livie and Ulun at the front desk were so helpful. Livie gave us some sightseeing suggestions, reserved a table for breakfast and a pair of seats on the shuttle, found my Marriott ID, gave us a late check out and upgraded our room. Amazing, without being asked. The staff at the Eatery went out of their way to provide a great dinner and breakfast. Ezza was a prompt and helpful shuttle driver. Wayon, one of the managers, came by to check if things were good at breakfast. Our room was spacious and it was obvious that major repairs and upgrades were ongoing, so I can only see it getting better.

Very convenient location near airport. Walk to hotel in 15 minutes. Shuttle is available but walking was faster. Clean room. Good breakfast and very welcoming staff. Huge pool.

Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic experience during my recent stay at this hotel. The rooms were impressively spacious and impeccably clean, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, which added to the overall comfort. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and professional—but I want to give a special Thanks to Ghita and Fitria (hope I spelled your names right!) . Their kindness and helpfulness went above and beyond, and they made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my visit.

Reputable hotel standard

Hotel condition is great and service top notch. Love the bed and pillow as very plushy. Bath area is a standing rain shower and spacious. Internet is great. Breakfast is so so not to my liking. Location is near airport probably 5mins drive, 10mins walk. Area surrounding hotel is bad as nothing and look like a slump area and can only travel via grab. Complimentary airport transfer via hotel. Internet is great too

Thank you for a great hospitality. All staffs are very friendly and kindly. Poolside room was very quiet (there is mosque on another side, from early morning, adhan’s sound is coming from speakers).

The room was clean. Hotel staffs were very friendly. The check in process was fast as well as the check out. Really appreciate it. The bathroom amenities were more than enough. Towels were clean (like it). Water pressure and the shower was a little bit low (was in room 327). The laundry was good and clean (would be great if the hotel provided laundry bag. It was not available on My trip) Small notes on the swimming pool, found used mask leaved on the swimming pool chair / table (quite annoying) - there was no crew on duty (twice visit the swimming pool). Overall, it was a great stay in this hotel. See you around

The location of the hotel is ofcourse near to the airport but not nice location. Its a narrow road to reach there and all dark. Looks like a ghost area. Hotel should have put in more light outside to make it brighter. Also there are no shops or restaurants nearby so you need to go to city all the time. Breakfast menu is not nice at all and very less options (unless you like local food). Lobby of the hotel is as grand as it is expected for Marriott hotels. And most importantly, you will be awake at 4.30 am everyday with the loud sound of Azaan (Moslim prayer). Overall it was a bad experience
