"Staff was not at all helpful. The breakfast area tables were not cleaned after someone left..., I actually did it myself so I could sit there. The hot food wasn't refilled unless someone asked about missing food. I saw most of the morning staff sitting in the lounge area looking at there phones instead of doing anything. The pool, I knew was being repaired but the daily noise was constant until after 5 p.m. The main entrance was taped off when we arrived so you couldn't drive up to the entrance. The handicapped walk in front of the main entrance was also taped off. The only real way a disabled person could get in is through an alternate door down a long hallway from the lobby, which was locked on our second night there."
