"Stayed at Greendale for about a month. Really well furnished. I'm a germaphobe and this place is mostly immaculate. Friendly stuff, the pool came in handy during the hot days. Responsiveness from management to issues is satisfactory. I think the only suggestion I would make is the electricity pay-as-you go component ought to be mentioned on the site as something that has to be reloaded by the tenant after the initial tokens run out so one knows what to expect. All in all, you won't have any...

"The location is outside of kampala and only a supernarket accross the dtreet mo other fscility sround the srea. They have nice room and gave a new gym build in their backyard. But you sre 40 minutes or more to sny other facilities."

"The rooms were small but very cute and clean. The restaurant good was delicious and served in a timely manner. The staff was very helpful and attentive. And finally, the facility is just beautiful. It’s set into the trees at various levels and it feels like a true forest getaway in the middle of the city. We were just there for the night, but peeked into the group use rooms and they all looked lovely. Perfect for travellers or a local!"

After paying she lost the money somewhere and she start accusing me that I have taken the money. I ask her to give the number of the manager she refused. After I got the number myself from internet and I called. to request to be refunded my money. the boss apologies and she went and she got the money and pays me. It took us 1 hour at the reception "
