Everything was great! I love the confortable beds the clean rooms, the view from our balcony was great with the birds singing in the mornings. The staff was Very friendly and helpful, everyone was very nice. The food was delicious, we enjoyed our breakfast very much.

Really loved our time at the hotel. It's literally just next to the spa so you can walk over in your bathrobe! Spa is amazing and very relaxing, not too busy and with lots of different pools and saunas. It's open until 10pm so even after a busy day away you can still jump into the pool when you get back! Reception ladies were really lovely and helpful. Room was quite basic but very clean and had everything we needed. There was not a fridge but we asked for one and it was provided same day. Bad Zurzach is a lovely village if you want a quiet relaxing holiday. In the hotel building is tourist info which gave us lots of ideas of things to do and nice places in the village to eat. We did the Papa Mol mini-golf and a few walks along the Rhine and into the hills above the village. We also visited Rhine Falls and Zurich (Lindt factory) as the trains are, of course, like clockwork! Breakfast was good variety of food and lovely and fresh. Co-op just across the park so can buy stuff you need easily. One evening the Spa had a food and music evening in the park which was fun - even ended with musical fountains! Will definitely return.

Misleading stay

When we booked online it implies that it is a fancy hotel with excellent facilities. However when we arrived the hotel and leisure facilities are infact separate altogether and the hotel itself is a rehabilitation hotel for eldery. The pool and leisure is infact a leisure centre open to everyone public included. Overall the stay was misleading and disappointing especially for he price i paid

Agradable sorpresa cerca de Zurich

Excelente experiencia familiar (con dos niños) y de hospedarte en un poblado pequeño en Suiza a lado de las aguas termales de Bad Zurzach a las que tienes acceso. Buena atención del personal, un detalle importante es que el el hotel te proporciona lo necesario para tu estadía en las aguas termales. El desayuno es excelente, variado y con ingredientes de calidad. La estadía en este hotel nos permitió tener una vista de la vida en Suiza. Considerar, rentamos auto para tener movilidad completa en Suiza.

Empfehlenswert ?

Der Empfang von Frau Weyeneth war sehr freundlich, mit alle notwendigen Informationen. Das Einzelzimmer sehr nüchtern gestaltet, leider nicht wirklich ein Wohlfülzimmer, aber sehr sauber. Bequemes Bett, danke für das 2te Kissen. Abendessen, trotz chaotischem Service ausgezeichnet, Frühstücksbuffet mit ausserorentlicher Brotauswahl, ansonsten eher bescheiden. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen sehr unterschiedlich. Morgens würde ich gerne mit einem "guten Morgen" und nicht "welche Zimmernummer" begrüsst werden. Allgemein schienen mir die Angestellten aus Deutschland, weitaus mürrischer als die anderen. Eigentlich kenn ich dies genau umgekehrt. Die Reinigungsfrauen, welche bereits vor 10.00 Uhr in das Zimmer kommen und fragen " wann gehen" ist absolut nicht angebracht. Es fehlen die Feinheiten in diesem Hotel, wenn man jedoch kalkuliert, dass an beiden Tagen der Eintritt in die Therme inbegriffen ist, kann man nicht viel meckern. Bin mir unsicher ob ich zurückkehren werde.

Das Hotel ist für sein alter schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig. Vielfälltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und geräumig.

Een leuke stop in Bad Zurzach

Mooi hotel, goed bed en rustig. Grote parking onder het hotel of voor het hotel, gedeeld met de 'zwemmers' van de Therme. Maar voldoende plaats. Lekkere keuken voor ontbijt en avondmaal. Een opmerking de rundsbrochette bevat vel veel spek en maar drie stukje rund. Maar geweldige Thermen inbegrepen bij de kamer. Een echte aanrader en met natuurlijk warm water, dus met een beperkte ecologische voetafruk.

Das Zimmer war soweit sauber, etwas altmodisch, aber ok der Balkon könnte eine Renervation vertragen Zi 155 Wände eingerissen linke Seite. Das Personal war grundsätzlich sehr freundlich, leider zieht das männliche Personal beim Checkin die Bewertung stark runter, weil er sehr gelangweilt und kein Lächeln hatte und für Mich wie ein Roboter wirkte was sicherlich verbesserungswürdig ist. Fitness war sehr klein, aber ok. Sauna war leider sehr enttäuschend das Dampfbad war unten ausgeschaltet, aber hatte Duft und oben hatte es zwar Dampf, aber kein Duft, oder war schlecht riechbar(sanft) hätte da was mit Minze, oder Eucalyptus gewählt. Fazit: Ich würde dieses Hotel nur bedingt weiterempfehlen! Verbessert: Das Empfangskomitee, dann macht ihr schon vieles Richtig 👍

bon séjour therme et tourisme

très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel situé juste à coté des thermes. les chambres sont confortables, le petit déjeuner varié et à volonté. nous avons également profité des soirées BBQ du restaurant. à noter que les chutes du Rhin et Isle Mainau ne sont pas très loin et méritent d'être visitées
