Supernettes und äußerst freundliches Personal! Die Speisen und Getränkeauswahl waren wieder top. Die Temperatur des Pools könnte höher ausfallen. Ein Whirlpool/Jacuzzi fehlt nach unserem Geschmack ebenso. Die Saunalandschaft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Idee mit der Live-Musik ist grundsätzlich hervorragend. Doch wenn an zwei Tagen die selbe Sängerin auftritt und man die selben langweiligen Songs hört, wird es mühsam. Zum Einen viel zu laut um sich am Tisch unterhalten zu können und zum Anderen so dermaßen einschläfernd, dass man fast vom Sessel rutscht. 3.5 Stunden durchgehende Beschallung sind definitiv zu viel. Es ist ein 4 Sterne+ Hotel. Da könnte man erwarten, dass zum Abendessen ein gewisser Dresscode eingehalten wird. Badeschlappen mit kurzer Sporthose entsprechen nicht dem Ambiente des Hauses.

Der Anreisetag ist aus meiner Sicht der wichtigste Tag bei einem Wellnessaufenthalt und bestimmt letztendlich den Eindruck des Gesamtaufenthalts. Dieser Tag war bei mir sehr schlecht. Über den Aufenthalt wurde der Eindruck aber besser. Wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil! Da ist mir bei der Buchung ein Fehler unterlaufen. Dieses Falkensteiner hat trotz 4s Sterne KEINE Klimaanlage. Trotz Top-renovierter Zimmer! Wäre mir das aufgefallen, hätte ich es niemals im Hochsommer gebucht. Am Anreisetag war es mit 35+ Grad sehr unangenehm heiß. Unser erstes Zimmer war direkt über dem Spa vor einem Dach, das mit gefühlten 50 Grad ins Zimmer eingestrahlt hat. Die Außenbeschattung wurde bei der Renovierung neben der A/C ebenfalls vergessen. Der Service an der Rezeption, bezüglich eines Zimmertausches, war erst nach Androhung von Abreise gewillt einen Zimmer-Wechsel durchzuführen - das statt 37 Grad nur 33 Grad Temperatur hatte. Weiter ging es beim Abendessen. Uns wurde ein Tisch zugewiesen, der mitten im Durchgang war (laut Service, reservieren viele Leute ihr Tische vor - hätte man das gewusst….). Der Service wollte uns nicht an einen anderen Tisch setzen lassen, obwohl schon viele frei waren, weil wir später zum Essen gingen. Da hätte ich mir mehr Flexibilität gewünscht, wie z.B. „Setzen Sie sich an einem anderen freien Tisch, morgen werden wir sehen was wir für Sie machen können, um Sie wo anders zu platzieren.“ Ach ja! Im Restaurant war es mangels Klima wieder sehr heiß…..

Cocktails nur auf Sirupbasis, das AI-Angebot ist auf zwei Cocktails, Bier und Wein beschränkt. Weizenbier erst nach vier Tagen verfügbar. Die Mittagsgerichte sehr einfach und lieblos. Das Servicepersonal an der Bar sehr nett. Das übrige Personal machen eben nur ihren Job.

Unser Zimmer war schön und sauber. Das Essen war gut, bei jeder Mahlzeit hatte man eine Auswahl und für uns war immer etwas Leckeres dabei. Der Service war schnell und freundlich. Der Spabereich ist sehr schön und man bekam zu jeder Zeit einen Liegeplatz. LEIDER war der Aussenpool viel zu kalt.

Rundum ein erholsamer und perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir konnten den Aufenthalt so richtig in vollen Zügen genießen. Tolles Adults-only Hotel, mit Golf Kooperation

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Küche ist ausserordentlich gut, Wellnessanlage ideal nach dem Sport, hat eine tolle Golf Kooperation mit einem Golf Club, man bezahlt keine Green Fees für die Benützung, ist ungefähr 30min entfernt, lohnt sich aber, toller Platz!

A little slice of heaven

This place is amazing. The spa area is great and provided a range of relaxing pools, saunas and steam room. I love the fact that the food is all inclusive and I didn't have to worry about that during the stay. I felt refreshed and energised after the stay.
