Comfort. only the name

Gave me cheapest room instead of I reserved. Requested to hotel front to check again the room (he dont want to check. Only got answer that I am misunderstood). Explained again and again, finally got new room key card from him which some of lights in the room are not working.

Das Hotel ist in einem alten Gebäude, die Dachrinne leckt und tropft auf ein Blechdach...schlafen eher schwierig..es ist sauber und das Personal freundlich, aber was hilft es, wenn man nicht schläft...dafür ist ja ein Hotel da.
