Fotos veraltet,nicht wie beschrieben.sehr alt alles,für diesen Preis einfach nicht wert.frühstück war ok aber das war es auch schon.die Zimmer eine Katastrophe,Toiletten Türe nicht dicht und durchsichtig,keine Privatsphäre.unnötiges Licht mit bewegungssenssor im kleinen Flur,so das der partner immer geweckt wird.böddn knierschen,heiß in den Zimmern.mit Abstand der schlechteste schlaf den ich jel in einem Hotel hatte.die Mitarbeiterinnen waren bemüht,aber das war es auch schon.würde ich niemanden empfehlen.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem sehr schlechten Allgemeinzustand. Der Hotelbetreiber hat nur sehr wenig Personal eingestellt. Diese geben sich wirklich viel Mühe, dem Gast es so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Aber wenn das einzigste Zimmermädchen alle Zimmer vom Hotel sauber halten muss, ist dieses nicht zu schaffen. Ich mache dem Personal keine Vorwürfe, aber dem Hotelbetreiber. Zumindest sollte man den Eingangsbereich vom Hotel immer sauber halten. Das ist das Aushängeschild. Aber dieses wurde nicht einmal gemacht.

Potential, aber nicht annähernd ausgeschöpft

Insgesamt hatten wir für diesen Preis deutlich mehr erwartet. Es wirkte immer noch alles sehr restaurierungsbedürftig. Trotz des Denkmalschutzes wären, denke ich, noch einige Sachen anders umsetzbar. Der Service ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, mehrfach mussten wir beim Frühstück das Personal darauf hinweisen, das Besteck, Kaffee, Lebensmittel beim Buffet etc fehlen. Das Haus hat viel Potential, steht und fällt allerdings mit dem Service und den Blick auch für die Details.
