Positives: filtered water avail on every floor, staff very helpful/friendly, restaurant on property, hotel/rooms clean, filtered water available on each floor, very nice pools, rooms are air conditioned No conveniences in walking distance (7-11, Starbucks, etc.), no access to beach Would I book this hotel again? "Our room is Spacious and clean, there was a plumbing issues but solved quickly, all the staffs from front desks, tours, housekeeping, restaurants, security, landscaping, and spa SERVED professionally with a SMILE. They generously accommodated us for a quick change of our drop off for the airport departure time with a breakfast meal to go. They exceed my expectations! Spa Experience can be improved. Since it is out of the way from downtown Puerto Princesa, and if you are planning to have a day tour, make sure to asks if the tour is going to happened. OVERALL, I will Recommend Astoria Palawan from food, accommodation and communications!"
