"The room was in fact not what was advertised and the pictures did not match the actual integrity of the room. We actually decided to make reservations at a different hotel after the first night and left. They initially had our room stay dates wrong, regardless of all the information I provided from Expedia. There was what we suspected was black mold on the ceiling and we made a point to mention that to front desk staff. The pillows were not full-sized pillows, literally just square bags of fluff. Couch and carpet was stained and ripped, cracks along the walls and ceiling, and the bathroom was so small that the door almost touched the toilet and my husband barely fit in the shower, which we also suspected to have black mold. We were supposed to stay three nights and we only stayed one. We mentioned all the above to the front desk staff at checkout and made sure to let them know that we were leaving because of poor conditions."
