"Staff is friendly as always, however we got upgraded to a room since our room the lock was dead. The upgraded room had hair in the bed- long hairs short hairs, the garbage can had shavings from someone in it, the shower and the floor had “short and curly” hair all over. (If you know what I mean by those. ) we told the staff about it and just said please change the bedding and clean our room instead of moving us again. We came back that evening bedding was changed and looked somewhat vacuumed....

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. Nothing I asked for was too much (not that I asked for a lot). The breakfast was fresh and tasty! Would recommend. "

"It was hard to get the water to the right temperature for a shower it was either to hot or to cold breakfast consisted of cereal and fruit "

"Room was out of toilet paper and soap. Staff didnt understand english very well. Wont be staying there again unless no other choice available. "

"The room was dirty. The staff were not helpful at all. The gentleman that checked us in opened the door to our room after my husband made a trip to the car. The door was not shut all the way and he opened it just to tell me to make sure to keep door closed, he also had another customer with him. "

"Issues with check in, staff was difficult to communicate with, breakfast was bland. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the pool was nice. The lobby smelled and the hallways were not clean. "

"Everything was great with the exception of the lady at the front desk who checked us in. She was absolutely the rudest person ever and should not be working with people. I've never complained about an employee of a hotel before. Everything else was great but wouldn't stay again unless she is gone. No reason to be rude to guests "

"The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I...

"Good price, good location, bed comfy. Requested late check out. Front desk said 12pm was ok but then at 11:30 tried coming in my room...other than that good place. "

"Room was too hot at arrival- had to call Maintenance. Temp fluctuated. Restaurant was convenient, good food but slow service. Prepaid for breakfast- could have been good but no entrees available- staff said someone had called in sick and they “were doing the best they can.” Still beat typical continental type breakfast of most hotels. Clean room, comfortable. Good location. Not sure if I would stay here again."

"Rusty water rust coming out of the sink faucet dirty stained like very stained towels breakfast was a joke and the receptionist called my room 2 mins after check in to ask if I had more ppl staying in my room then what I booked when we booked with a block so there were other children coming in and out of all the rooms "

"Rooms were fine, was charged a security deposit I wasn’t aware of but it was refunded. A little over priced for what you get and the location."

"If you have bad knees and severe arthritis like me THERE’S NO ELEVATOR DO NOT STAY HERE unless you can carry your luggage up flights of stairs. For me it was a struggle that left me in tears. The room was OK, room lighting is dark, a bit of mold, a dingy bathtub, broken thermostat button, but decently clean. The desk guy was nice, but casually told me after check-in there’s no elevator. No offer of help. I can’t comment on the breakfast the stairs hindered that trip. "

"The cleanliness of this hotel was absolutely horrible. We had to switch rooms 3 times and still couldn’t stay for our trip. Room 1 had vomit down the backside of the headboard and tissues shoved next to it. Room 2 had brown sticky stuff all over the bathroom floor and now shower curtain, plus the mattress was cover with crumbs. Room 3 had fluids all over the dust ruffles and stains on the sheets. The female manager was wonderful. But trying to get a refund for not staying and these conditions...

"Clean room and nice staff. Could hear the kids going to and from the pool/stairs (didn't bother me but might someone else). Reserved the room over a month ago, did the pre-check in that asked what time I'll be there, and my room still wasn't ready. They said give them 30 minutes, still wasn't ready again so they sent someone in there. Finally called me after like 30 minutes or so "
