During my recent stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Cappadocia, I experienced several issues ranging from room comfort to guest relations, many of which were not aligned with the Hilton brand standards. As someone who travels frequently and has extensive experience with hotels worldwide, I believe it is important that the following points are reviewed carefully in terms of facility and brand quality. ⸻ 1. Room Comfort and Mattress Standard The mattresses in the room were not orthopedic, lacked proper support, and were noticeably uncomfortable — significantly reducing the quality of my stay. When I communicated this, I was told, “These mattresses are Hilton standard,” which felt dismissive and did not address the issue at all. Having stayed at many Hilton properties around the world across various segments, I can confidently say that this does not reflect Hilton’s usual standards. ⸻ 2. Bathtub-Only Bathrooms & Drainage Issues All rooms being equipped only with bathtubs — combined with the fact that the tubs did not drain properly — created a serious hygiene and usability problem. Additionally, not offering an alternative room type with a walk-in shower removes the guest’s right to choose, and raises concerns related to safety, cleanliness, and accessibility. In modern hospitality, providing guests with the option of a shower cabin is a basicrequirement. The lack of this option suggests a significant structural limitation in the property’s design. ⸻ 3. Insufficient Sound

Hilton Double Tree Nevşehir bir daha düşünün :)

Üzülerek yazıyorum Hilton double treee ye bu konaklama hiç yakışmadı malesef 1-Odadaki tavan çok basıktı 2-Lavoboda mahremiyet yoktu lavıboya pencere koymuşlar ve kapı sürgülüydü kitlenmiyordu :) 3-Gece 00:15 gibi oda kapımız 3-4 kere zorlandı zaten o saatten sonra bir gözümüz açık uyuduk. 4-Açık büfe kahvaltısı güzeldi çeşit vs fazlaydı Vs vs vs en özet olarak Hilton’a bu konaklama yakışmadı bu yazdığım yoruma göre karar sizin bir daha ben açıkçası çok Hilton’da kalmayı düşünmüyorum.

Her yıl memleket ziyaretinde bu oteli tercih ediyorum. Eskiden giriş yapılınca otomatik olarak cookie ikramı yapılırdı, giriş yaptığımız gün alamadık, sonradan da bu ikram yapılmadı. Kahvaltıdan kağıt bardakta kahve çıkarırken uyarı aldık?! Bu çok anlamsız geldi. Bu gibi sebeplerden dolayı puanım 3.

Great stay, incredible breakfast and amenities. Very clean, and staff was great as well. Decor was unique, and fit well for the area. Nothing is in walking distance, but that was no problem for us, as we had a car.

Check in check out işlemlerimizde resepsiyon göreclisi güler yüzlüydü, odamızda klimamız ısıtmıyordu bununla ilgili hemen yardımcı oldular fakat temizlik personelleri sabah koridorda sesli ve bağırarak konuşuyorlardı odaya ses gelecek kadar rahatsız etti, kahvaltı bölümünde garson Zehra hn konuşma ve üslubu ters ve kabaydı.Temizlik ve servis personelleri ile ilgili daha özenli olmanızda fayda var.Başta memnun olarak girdim fakat çıkarken bu durumdan dolayı idare eder seviyesinde kaldı.

Perfect spot to relax and visit Cappadocia

Amazing 5 Star hotel in close proximity to all tourist sites near Cappadocia. Extremely friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very good buffet breakfast with a large selection. Great outdoor and indoor pools. Nice gardens.
