The property was clean and comfortable. I understand they are trying to provide parking for all guests but the spaces were ridiculously narrow.

Property was beautiful & very well maintained. Rooms vey clean. Only complaint was the bathroom was a little too small & lighting could be better!

Convenient & comfortable accomodations

The suites were very nice. Clean, comfortable & everything we needed. We had an issue with the frig but since we did not report it till checkout, I cannot comment on how the management would have dealt with that issue. Overall the facility is excellent. No sure how the one heated pool would have worked out for me as there is only adult lap swimming reserved for 6-8 AM which is too early for me. The kids tend to monopolize the pool which we enjoyed when we traveled with children. There is no lifeguard so it's up to the parents to be sure their children are respectful of the other motel guests. The price for off-season was very high especially as most of the area restaurants & shopping were still closed for the season. That is the reason I did not give the property the top rating.

bad service

This was rude and I was charged with the deposit before I got a chance to confirm my reservation and see the age policy of the hotel and the staff was rude about it and not at all helpful. The other hotel I ended up staying at was a better location, cheaper, and the people were much nicer. Will not stay here in the future.

Concord Suites

Great experience. So close to the beach. The room was set up like a small one bedroom apartment. Very comfortable and clean. I will book concord suites again

Clean with Good Location

Concord is an old hotel, which has been updated when it converted to condos. Our room was pleasant and clean, with a great location a short block to the beach....just what we were looking for.

Last minute trip

Staff was nice. Suite was clean but older and more like a motel than I thought it would be. Last minute trip and one night stay in late August so I was surprised they had an available room!
