The property needs an update and if you aren’t staying at least 3 nights- you don’t get maid service. The shower faucet was almost falling off of the wall; the property is in desperate need of repairs & a remodel. The pool is indoors but tiny with a very strong smell of chlorine (it’s hurts your eyes strong)
This is the most dirtiest Marriott property I’ve ever stayed. The rooms carpet were dirty. The exercise room had no air condition, and machine were also dirty. public restroom faucet was broken. We saw a dead cockroach on the dining floor in our table during the breakfast. Carpet seems have not been cleaned. This hotel has put a bad name for Marriott. Interesting enough staff were all friendly.
Very happy with how clean the hotel was and how helpful the staff was. We had a very comfortable easy stay with 4 kids! Thank y'all

Strong chemical smell on floor we stayed on - paint, cleaning products, something not pleasant. Rooms are poorly laid out, not very clean and ours had flickering headache inducing lights - couldn’t turn half the lights on due to this. It was fine, but not the best.
The only issues I had were that the elevator buttons hardly worked & the ice not being on the floor that it says that it’s on. We stayed on the 3rd floor & there was an ice sign but were told that it’s only on the 2nd. Other than that, the stay went well & we loved our room.
When we checked in, we were given the wrong room. They tried giving us a smaller room and said they had nothing else available. After arguing that our family would not fit in that size room and that we had already paid in advance, they were able to find a room. Water pressure was almost non existent in the shower. No spare toilet paper in our room and we found the phone in the room didn’t work when we tried calling the desk. The lady helping at breakfast was very nice and hustled each morning to keep food out.
Great customer service and room was nice and clean!!

You get what you pay for. Very basic hotel and for the price was ok. Break fast also poor but again when you pay 100 a night per room with free parking what you would expect
