Please, for all out-of-town travelers, avoid this place. This is not a real hotel there is no front desk after 7 pm no customer service, and no sense of safety. The area feels dangerous at night, and everything inside is completely visible from outside, which is uncomfortable and unsafe. The property is poorly maintained, with no staff available to assist guests and none of the basic services you would expect from a hotel like towel, soap, shampooโ€ฆ I strongly recommend choosing a different accommodation if you value safety, cleanliness, and peace of mind while visiting Austin.

I got in later than expected. Paul and Gerald took care of me between late night shifts to make sure I got in safely. The staff made all the difference. Everything I needed in one room. Good stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! EXPEDIA WILL NOT REIMBURSE YOU OR FIGHT ON YOUR BEHALF FOR YOUR MONEY. If you love roach infested and a borderline condemned hotels, then this is the hotel for you! The first red flag should have been the notification of no overnight staff. The second red flag was upon arrival. The parking lot looked to be a junk yard with the mass amounts of โ€œtrash bag boardedโ€ windows and whatโ€™s to be assumed as homeless sleeping either within the vehicles or making their way onto the premises. Additionally, as we walked along the property, there were rooms with light on and the windows were open. With just a glance inside, it became apparent that there are permanent residents living within this โ€œhotelโ€. The third red flag was the amount of tweakers that we saw smoking drugs outside on the curbs. The final straw was when we made it inside the building. The entire place smelled like the inside of a smoking receptacle. Our room was identical to a murder scene. The counter tops were stained and the countertop laminate was peeling all around. The fridge was disgusting and rusted. The laminate flooring was torn and peeling. Roaches everywhere. The shower was leaking and rusted. The toilet looked like it had never been cleaned. And to top it off, the beds looked like they were slept in and someone just threw the comforter over the top of the dirty sheets. There is definitely more to be listed but if by now you are that curious, book a stay for yourself.

I wish I had known that there were absolutely no kitchenware items: no plates, pans, silverware, etc. perhaps that was my fault for not reading the description well enough. The room was clean-ish. The property itself was questionable. Lots of pot and fighting. The gentleman who checked us in and all property staff were delightful. This just wasnโ€™t the place for us.

Avoid this place like the plague. I know its cheap, but don't do it. My room smelled disgusting, the floors were sticky, the swing bar lock had been broken off twice and a cockroach was crawling across the countertop when I walked in...AVOID

El hotel estรก muy viejo y deteriorado, nada que ver con las fotos de sus publicaciones, hay animales, huele a humo, estรก muy sucio, la recepciรณn la cierran a las 6PM Obvio no hay devoluciรณn del dinero pero ni importo perderlo, era imposible quedarse ahรญ, estaba en una ubicaciรณn idรณnea, por eso lo elegรญ, pero es el peor hotel que he visto en mi vida. La cocinera deshecha, la alfombra vieja, con insectos de humedad y suciedad.

Lack cleaning.

We havenโ€™t stay whole 7-8 days, only 1 day then weโ€™re leaving because of reason not change the bed sheet and red spot on it. Got me and my sister very upsetting and disappointing.. i let my sister sleep on the bed, i and my son sleep on the floor then next morning My son got rashes on chest, the manger or worker said there no bugs bed, donโ€™t they see what I said we sleep on the floor not bed. Iโ€™m pretty very upsetting more and more. Also smell smoke too, my sister and my son have a asthma and have serious healthy issues. So we called to manger and customer service about complaints. And I havenโ€™t stay there for 8 days.. we went to brother house and stay over there. They said 5-7 days process to give my money back so I havenโ€™t enough money This pretty ruin my plan and vacation.

I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness this hotel exhibited. Just know because they are only an โ€œ extended stayโ€ housekeeping ( that includes vacuuming, changing trash bags and replacing bed sheets are only offered once a week) which is unacceptable for someone like traveling with toddlers. I had dirty dipers in an overfilled trash bag for 2 days , dirty bed sheets after my kid wet the bed, and a shower stall that did not work. When I complained to the property manager there, I was not offered any help and ended up leaving the hotel. I was Totally dissatisfied with my experience with my stay and with the lack of care and customer service from staff. I want a full refund.
