Best Stay Ever

This is by far one of the best locations /stays I’ve had in Austin. The location was perfect. The calmness and serenity is top notch as soon as you enter through the front door. Very clean and hard to leave. I have been to Austin many many many times .. and this was a great surprise. I will definitely be going back!

The Frame is top notch

We had a great experience at The Frame. The staff responded immediately to our questions. Our unit was extremely clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Linens and towels high quality. We enjoyed the private lanai. Perfect location to enjoy the music and restaurants along South Congress. We took advantage of the discounted parking in the garage next door and walked everywhere we wanted to go.

Peaceful Oasis by South Congress

It was a very "zen" place, for lack of a better word. You walk into your personal patio with the table and bamboo plant, and as soon as you open the door, you are greeted with the smell of fresh cut wood. The decor is spare, but beautiful, with a skylight in the bathroom. The grounds are also peaceful, with lots of fountains and seating in the courtyard. This peaceful feeling is vey necessary when you go out into the traffic and business of South Congress Street.

Nice, modern, clean hotel

Nice Hotel. Brand new and super clean. The parking garage was literally steps from our door. Band played in the taco restaurant behind our but they finished around 10 and it didn't bother us at all. Only suggestion I would have is to have instructions about the lights and all. Took us some time to figure out. There's a master switch to turn everything off when leaving. That has to be on for the lights to work.

The best boutique hotel in downtown Austin.

Awesome space, these folks thought of everything you need for your stay including having both still and sparkling water in the fridge. Great bathroom supplies and even a sky light in the shower that brought in natural light. All of the units have private patios with a table and chairs so you can enjoy the outdoors when appropriate. Unfortunately for us it snowed the day of our visit, but even with the light snow flurries coming down it was beautiful. Also another great feature was super quiet and amazing blackout curtains, that basically made the fact that we’re just off South Congress we were undisturbed by any street or traffic noise.

Initially, I was hesitant to book this property because it lacked a front desk. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the contactless and seamless experience. I highly recommend this property. The spacious pods were surprisingly comfortable, surpassing the comfort of a hotel room. The cleaning staff was exceptional; I had forgotten to put away my watches and jewelry on the counter, but nothing was touched during the cleaning. It was important to me that the matter was super comfortable, and overall, I would rate this property a 10/10 for the price. I would definitely book here again when I visit Austin.

Awesome property - just a couple of quick fixes

I love this hotel and would stay again. The only reasons not for a 5 star review which I hope the property fixes. 1) ac did not get cool enough (couldn’t get below 70 even weather wasn’t crazy hot) 2) shower water didn’t quite get hot enough. It wasn’t offensive but should be improved.
