"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Royal Kalaw Hills Resort. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the food is excellent and the service was personal and everyone was very attentive. Chozin, who manages the resort was particularly helpful and I could always count on her to help me in many capacities. Her English skills are very good and she was able to help tremendously. Thank you all for a lovely visit!"

"Arrived at the hotel and hotel staff mentioned that they do not have agreement with Expedia since 2019. I wonder why Expedia still list this hotel in the website. Fully paid for rooms and still awaiting reply on refund."

"I cannot explain enough what an AMAZING experience it was to stay here! The hotel is beautiful and the manager was beyond any expectations!! "The room is very spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff. You can use their bicycles to travel around for free. We arrived on New Year's Eve and the hotel hosted a party with free buffet dinner for all the guests! Their staff even performed traditional dances."

"A very hospitable new hotel about 4km outside Kalaw in a quiet area with fantastic rural views. Still getting established and with plans for a pool and spa. Great food and the staff could not be more friendly or helpful. A little quiet while we were there but probably due to low season approaching and getting themselves set up."
