"I stayed one night at RafJam with my mom. The property was gorgeous! There was a steam flowing through the side and rear or the property and had a cool dripping area and two mini falls. The sound of the stream, birds and beautiful flora and fauna was accident perfect for the relaxing trip we were looking for. We pre ordered dinner and breakfast was served. Both delicious. "From the minute we arrived outside and were offered refreshing drinks the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel is gorgeous: comfortable beds by the outdoor pool, a large hot tub and friendly bar staff. It hosts a celebration of Jamaican art and culture in the corridors and rooms which gives a sense of character which can be lost in some high-end but cloned hotels. Here we knew we were in Kingston. Breakfast was great. Everyone was tuned in to ensuring we had a wonderful stay."

"The pre-check in experience and connection to the Property manager was thorough and efficient and let you know what to expect upon arrival. Property Manager was great in laying out the property features and surrounding area. The location was walking distance from supermarkets, banks, eating locations etc. For those it pertains to, the US Embassy is also within walking distance. Community is gated so the added security benefit is there."
