"Good sized room, clean and had everything we needed. Staff very helpful. Central location and bus stop for direct airport transfer is right outside, very convenient! Restaurants right inside the building and casino, very handy and food was delicious. You don’t really need to leave the building for anything!"

"As a returning solo traveller I was treated as a valued guest. Even though it was a very busy time with school holidays & many tour groups the staff did a great job of helping me. The hotel I has implemented processes during school holidays to minimise the noise & disruption of children in the pool area which is much better."

"Hotel was conveniently located to centre of city, and worth savings to walk an extra 10 mins than I’d have like to. Room was fine, bed extremely comfortable and quiet, however it was dated, very small bathrooms, and felt basic. Would only be suitable fo 2. Breakfast included was worth it."

"I checked out early however the receptionist could give me a receipt to show I paid the extra night because it hadn't posted. She said she would email to ke however I haven't received it and it's been more than 24 hrs. Otherwise the hotel was nice. The carpets need cleaning. The restaurants around the property are very good."

"What a shame everything was excellent until we returned to the hotel at 10:30pm in a taxi and couldn’t get a response from the intercom to get into the drop off area and to enter the hotel. I had to phone the hotel and get them to pick up and raise the gate. This part was not 5 star. Only blemish on what was a very good overnight stay. "
