Room may have been one of their best - asked for a good one - but it was the worst room that have ever stayed in - good people working there - physical facilities need work big time -

The room itself was pretty comfortable and clean. The only reason i gave it such a low score was because of how my stay was handled. It took me almost 2 hours to check in because the young man was under trained (not his fault,) and he tried to charge me for a second room since the one i booked was unavailable instead of just moving me to a different room.

This property is in disrepair, pool is filthy and black, restaurant shut down and roof falling in, rooms are absolutely horrible with mold, bathroom stained, roaches in the tub, toilet not flushed, outlets not working and the smell...... Breakfast included was a joke. Coffee undrinkable and a sausage wrapped with a pancake was offered. This place needs to be shut down.

This was a horrible stay. I would give negative rating if I could. Staff was friendly, but amenities were horrendous. The smell of the room was very strong, the bathroom was dirty, the sink had a crack fixed with electrical tape, bugs in the nightstand. It was so bad we considered sleeping in our car. ThankGod we only spent 1 night (game night) and we got out of there as soon as we could – we didn’t dare to use the shower. For the price we paid for the stay, the owners should do better. This has a potential to be an excellent hotel – good location, good staff. if you don’t have anoyher option of hotel, consider your car to sleep - you wilp be better off

This place is filthy, I had to go to the walmart store and buy sheets a blanket pillow covers and air fresheners because the moment I stepped inside the room, its like it hadn’t been cleaned for ever, the pillows were filthy and yellowish color, same thing with the bed sheets it had other peoples hair on it, definitely not cleaned from the previous guest, there is hardly any maintenance done on it, pool looks green, but the staff are really friendly, and the man at the lobby is very friendly, but honestly apart from that, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE

It's a hard pass

First, I was impressed with rhe front desk. We arrived at 11 am and I asked for an early check-in. I was granted that! When we arrived to our room, I was NOT impressed at all. The door lock to our room was extremely loose and it looked like the door had been kicked in or pryed open at some point. The room was extremely outdated and some things didn't work like the vanity light. The room held moisture, so the bed and carpet felt damp. We ended up putting the chair against the door while we slept.

Avoid if possible - rundown

Very rundown hotel. The staff was very friendly literally everything was outdated/ broken: - Several rooms had broken door locks - The room key card came in a piece of paper with handwritten notes because the printer did not work - No lights turned on in room except in bathroom - Faucet handle in shower came off (though water was OK) - Even the batteries of the TV were empty - Pool area did not look inviting Cleanliness was also a concern. I was told they were aware and just trying to turn it around. I was glad it was only for a night and I would not recommend it.

In simple terms, do not stay here. You will not feel comfortable, won’t sleep well, and worry for your safety the whole time. We saw many that chose to sit in the parking lot rather than sit on any of the furniture. Auburn sells out, but a 40 mile drive to another hotel would be superior to staying here. We saw several doors kicked in, or rotted through, I would not stay here alone. As an indication, my credit card called me to confirm that I indeed charged my card at this hotel, I imagine there’s a lot of buyers remorse. On the positive, the staff was very nice and the housekeepers tried to keep as much as they could clean.
