"Excellent very smart modern hotel in the centre of Ouarzazate with nicely kept grounds and a beautiful big swimming pool (not heated so a bit chilly in April). A nice choice of food with several restaurants. Good prompt room service for dining in room (handy when you arrive between meals). All the facilities you’d expect. Friendly staff. "The property is huge as it is an entire apartment , and the beds are comfortable , with the spare bedding for winter. There is also the use of a shared washing maching and a great rooftop to look out from or hang washing.. The front desk is not 24/7 although im sure if you phoned someone would answer, eventually.., The place could really do with a good deep clean and a revamp entirely, as it does have great potential with a few caring touches. La poubelle de la cuisine n'etait pas vidé avec des aliments moisis depuis plusieurs jours j'imagine, nous l'avons signalé et le personnel au téléphone nous a dit que nous avions réservé que la chambre donc nous n'avions pas a nous soucier de la poubelle (ou jeter ses ordures alors?).
