Very beautiful and clean. The local is perfect, can walk to restaurants. Places we visit was within 20 minutes. Anytime i stay in Atl/ Decatur, I will stay here! Local felt safe as well.

We recently stayed at this apartment and had a very pleasant experience. The space was clean, well-maintained, and immediately felt comfortable upon arrival. Everything was organized and tidy, which made settling in easy and stress-free. The overall atmosphere of the apartment was inviting, and it was clear that care had been taken to keep it in great condition. It provided a relaxing place to stay, and we appreciated how clean everything was throughout our visit. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back again.

The location is great, but the company running the place is very unorganized. I had to call the night before as the check in details were not sent to me, and when i called they couldnt find my reservation. I had to call expedia to get it all sorted out. You are required to register with clear with your id. Also, when i arrived the door handle wouldnt lock so i had to use the deadbolt all the time. In addition the master shower drain is pretty clogged so a 5 minute shower ended up with an inch of water. Plus the ice maker wasnt working. Contacting landong was even more difficult as they basically have no staff. It took almost 24 hours for someone to respond to me. Door also never got fixed as maintenence responded 4 days after alerting landing and they didnt even fix the issue fully. They jammed a screw into the door catch to make it stick out further, when the issue was the entire door was cracked. I probably will not rent anything through landing again unless there is no other option.
