"Die Unterkunft ist mit der Metro sehr gut zu erreichen. In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Supermärkte und Restaurants/Imbisse. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr sauber und bei Bedarf gibt es täglich die Möglichkeit, Handtücher zu tauschen oder die Unterkunft reinigen zu lassen. Dank der Klimaanlage immer angenehm kühl. Wenn man die Schlafcouch nutzt, ist es es Abends sehr hellhörig aufgrund des Hausflurs. Bei Selbstverpflegung ist zu beachten, dass es nicht sher viel Besteck/Geschirr gibt....

" Be aware that this is not a typical hotel. It is located in a working class neighborhood, and there are no employees on site from about 21:00 until 08:00 in the morning.

"Our stay at the Ark Residence couldn’t have been better! The staff is amazing and was always more than willing to help and offer advice during our stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the a/c did not disappoint! The location is also prime as it is only a ~10 minute walk from most of the attractions! We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Athens."
"Loved the rooftop patio overlooking the Acropolis! It has a nice seating area and a very cold little dipping pool.
Bed comfortable with nice linens.
Only one small problem reported to staff is the door bell randomly rings … apparently it can be turned off. "
