Good place to stay when in Athens. Not too far of a walk…lots of good eateries and cafe shops around with good prices. It’s better than staying too close to the acropolis where the crews and mess gets a bit too much. Setup is good we stayed in the two bedroom…always useful to have a kitchen and a deck. Great value!

Very quiet to the point I didn't realize other people were in the apartments. If you wanted to hear the bustle of town then just open the windows and having a patio over the street treeline was great.

I had everything I needed at My Greek Vacations City Apartments, and will be my first choice if I come back to Athens next time. The location is about 10 minutes walk from the Panepistimio metro station and half an hour walk from the Acropolis, also tons of restaurants and boutique shops nearby. In the room there are a well maintained kitchen and a full refrigerator. I only hope that the ramp in the lobby could get some improvement, because it’s very hard to work if you carry a heavy suitcase.

I usually bring my own travel adapters, but I found that they had some in the bedside drawer, which is a nice touch if you forget to bring yours, the laundry facilities was good, but some basic instructions on the washing machine and drier would go a long way 😊 Communication with the staff was brilliant and very helpful 😊

There were food items and dirty towels left behind by the last guest. We had to wait quite a while for our room to be ready past check in and as mentioned, there were food items left in the refrigerator, a dirty towel left behind as well as some clothing found in the closet. These are minor things. All in all the property itself was very clean and orderly. It is also in a great location. It is also a great value for the location it is in.

Perfect apartment for few days base for exploring Athens. Clean, good facilties, comfortable bed. I was working while there and wifi v good. Quiet safe building. The good: very close walking distance to restaurants and transportation! We could walk 20 minutes anywhere and back easily. The area does seem a little sketchy at night but it’s totally safe and nothing to be afraid of as it’s near a university. You are paying for a New York style studio apartment here so don’t expect too much space. The view we had wasn’t anything flattering at all and in fact it’s best to sleep with the windows closed. On to the bad : Let me start with this - very poor communication. I have emailed, used the online portal, WhatsApp, and all I got back was silence. The only time k would hear back is when they sent what seems to be an automated email advising check in - and your check out time is coming to an end. I had issues with my AC not working and I tried to get in contact with someone - nothing. That room is boiling hot at times and opening the window doesn’t help much for summer heat and the outside traffic blaring. All I wanted was an answer to say hey, sorry for the ac we’ll do something about it - man I’ll even take a hello back from these guys. I enjoyed my stay in Athens overall. The property was clean and well maintained. However, unfortunately there were several issues that I think future guests should be aware of. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable and repeatedly disconnected, sometimes every few minutes, and the signal did not work properly in the bedroom. This was particularly frustrating when trying to use the internet from the apartment. I was also disappointed that my room did not have a balcony. The photographs on the listing prominently featured balconies, and this was one of the main reasons I chose the accommodation, so I had expected my room to have one. It would have been helpful if the listing had made it clearer that not all rooms include a balcony. The hot water was another issue. I followed the provided instructions and the green light came on, but the water remained lukewarm rather than becoming properly hot. A microwave would also have been a useful addition to the amenities. Finally, the surrounding area is very lively and can be quite noisy, particularly at night. If you're a light sleeper, I would recommend keeping the windows closed, as there can be considerable street noise. Overall, the apartment was clean and had good amenities, and I enjoyed my time in Athens. However, I think the issues above are important for prospective guests to be aware of when deciding whether the accommodation is right for them.

Great apartment with a balcony, and comfortable beds and the kitchen and balcony had all we needed. We felt at home. The location was great with shops, mini markets and restaurants within walking distance with excellent food at reasonable prices. Coffee shop with sandwiches and gelato, right at the corner of the property. It was a nice combo of Greek neighborhood feel while being close to attractions. Our flight got delayed 12 hours so we got there at 4am but felt very safe at all times and was able to check in the day so access to property and our apartment was extremely easy and secure. I really appreciated the security system at the property, the hallways and especially in our room and they even had a small elevator. The staff was very responsive which was convenient if you had questions. I would definitely recommend.
