The management does NOT speak English only through mobile translator. I booked for 7 days and did NOT check in as the rooms are very hot and bathroom and furniture are outdated. The management have not returned the money despite the fact that they promised to do so. Do NOT bother to deal with this hotel AT ALL. Worst ever management and Expedia evaluation is TOTALLY MISLEADIND. My worst experience in Samsun, hate to mention it."
