Cute, authentic Berber riad. Imlil is a good 20-30 minute walk down a fairly steep road. Omar and his staff are very kind and helpful. They can arrange for transportation to or from Marrakech (40€) and even Casablanca (110€). We arrived during Ramadan and COVID. We weren’t sure what to expect, so we did not make any pre-travel plans. Omar was able to arrange for guide for hiking or driving tours on arrival. He also has contacts for outfitters to supply warm clothes and equipment to go to up Toubkal. Because of Ramadan, no restaurants were available in town, but Omar offered all 3 meals to us. Breakfast includes bread, jam, spreadable cheese, olives, tea, and hot chocolate. The room has a hot water heater and Nescafe packets. Dinners
